If after up to 7 rounds of revision the assignment does not meet the specifics that the client originally instructed, the client holds the right to contact the customer support centre to file a detailed complaint proving that the 7 times revised assignment did not match the initial outline. It is then the responsibility of Assignment Mojo to assign you either a different writer or provide you with a full refund.
It is at the discretion of Assignment Mojo to offer a refund in the events of minor delivery delay or a minor content problem as they may not necessarily constitute grounds for a full refund. The client and Assignment Mojo may agree on other forms of compensation such as discount or a partial refund.
Failure to adhere to the original deadline does not constitute sufficient grounds for the client to receive full refund, unless, Assignment Mojo fails to contact the client after the order has been placed. In the event that client's credit card is erroneously charged for any extra amount Assignment Mojo will take every necessary step to refund the erroneously charged amount.
If the client is dissatisfied with the assignment delivered, the client agrees to contact and inform Assignment Mojo for direct settlement before initiating to contact the intermediary. If the client and Assignment Mojo have not been able to reach a negotiation within 14 days of initial contact via the aforementioned communication channel, the customer may contact the intermediary for arbitration. Failure to contact Assignment Mojo before initiating a charge-back will be considered a breach of contract and shall be resolved accordingly.
